Christopher Peter Meloni (born Christopher Peter Meloni) is an American Actor, best known as a character on the well-known television series Law & Order Special Victims Unit. From the time he was in college Christopher Meloni was interested in the acting world. He pursued a degree in acting at University of Colorado at Boulder. Though he has been active on film and television but it was his character in the smaller screen which earned him a cult fans. He's been able to seamlessly play the roles of characters on both sides of the law and grab the audience's focus. In his very first TV production, he played the role of a serial killer.
